All original paintings, unframed prints, and framed prints are FINAL SALE due to their custom nature.

Before placing an order, it is recommended to:

• Carefully review dimensions and artwork details.
• Reach out with any questions—I am happy to provide additional information on color, size, and materials to ensure the right fit for your space.
• For larger orders, artwork mock-ups can be supplied using a photo of your interior to help visualise the piece in its intended setting.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

As each creation is unique, all sales are final. However, I understand that collecting is a deeply personal experience.

• If an exchange is necessary, I will do my best to accommodate the request.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting hello@michellecarden.com.
• The piece must be returned in its original condition, carefully packaged for safe transit.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

HANDLING WITH CARE

Every effort is made to ensure pieces arrive safely. In the rare event of significant damage during transit:

• Contact must be made within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
• Natural variations in texture, detail, and finish are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.
• Given the unique nature of each piece, an exchange, store credit, or alternative resolution will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
