Paintings ship from Melbourne Australia. Please kindly allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. You will receive a tracking number once your painting has shipped.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Thank you for supporting my original artwork. While I generally do not offer refunds, I am happy to accommodate exchanges if, upon receiving your painting, you wish to swap it for another of my original works of equal or greater value.

DUTIES AND TAXES
If there are any, the purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes. The majority of our shipments do not incur fee's.

DAMAGED GOODS & OTHER ISSUES
If an original painting is deemed significantly damaged upon arrival, I will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the painting to provide details and photographic evidence of the damage. Due to the unique nature and value of original artwork, a replacement may not always be possible. Minor imperfections are an inherent part of the artistic process and are not considered damage. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. By purchasing my artwork, you acknowledge and accept the uniqueness and handmade nature of each piece, including any minor variations or imperfections.

We are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. Your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-BIT SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. 128-BIT SSL encryption is the current industry standard.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
