SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
All paintings are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be processed and dispatched. A tracking number will be provided once your painting has been sent.

SHIPPING & FRAMING

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
• Framed prints and paintings are only available for shipping within Australia.
• International orders will be shipped unframed due to the risk of damage, loss, and high shipping costs. For international collectors, framing locally is highly recommended to ensure the best preservation and presentation of the piece.

DUTIES & TAXES
Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Most shipments do not incur additional fees, but it is advisable to check with local customs authorities if needed.

DAMAGED GOODS & OTHER ISSUES
If your painting arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photographs of the issue. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, a replacement may not always be possible. Minor imperfections are an inherent part of the artistic process and are not considered damage. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
